Presentation Manual Corel Draw 9 and description of the most basic tools.
The Corel Draw 10 is one of the most graphic editing programs that are powerful and versatile.Allows you to create a variety of effects and a large number of objects. Together with Corel Draw are also other graphics programs like Corel Photo-paint, used to retouch graphic, Corel Capture used to make screenshots, or Corel Texture used to render textures for fillings.
these previous programs are very easy to use and dominate the Corel Draw 9 no trouble understanding.
Once installed Corel Draw 9, the work area will be a screen like this:
At the top is the menu bar with the File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools, Table, Window, and?. The contents of these menus will be developed throughout this manual. Below the menu bar is the bar with the buttons, new, open, save, paste, cut, copy, and next to them there are two buttons that are the major import and export:
Keep in mind that when you save a Corel Draw file with the extension does cdr, but to open files in other formats like jpg or gif must use the Import button, which opens a window for us to select the file to import. You can import the whole or a part of it, for which you should select the crop option, which allow you to import the image we want to keep our selected.
To the right are the color palettes. On the left the toolbox and in the bottom status bar, which displays information about what you are editing.
The Export button to save what we have done with Corel Draw in a different format to cdr, being able to save as jpg, gif, bmp ... Keep in mind that when we keep a file with a different format and return to cdr open, we have to select the option to import.
At the top is the property bar consisting of the following elements: In the left part of the box is to select the type of paper on which we will work, A4, A5 ... and on the right are the dimensions of the paper work, in this case would be an A4 with 210 mm wide and 297mm high, we can change these measurements and then we would be in the format custom paper.
Below right this paper orientation, if we want horizontal or vertical.
These two buttons are used to set the paper orientation, the top button is for that whenever we insert a new page is made with the same orientation and the button serves to break down the established order and change and switch the page orientation .
The right button is used to set the distance at which to move the selected object every time we use the arrow keys on the keyboard and we modify the distance.
The left button is used to establish how far will from the original position the duplicated object.
These three buttons are used to magnetize objects. The center serves to fit the objects in the guidelines and the left one is for snap objects to other objects.
